Very good communication. It arrived in flawless condition and fits like a glove! Very easy to install with the tension screws. Obvious high quality. We ordered a glass door for our family room fireplace. We had been wanting one for some time, but it was going to be very expensive at a local store near us. When I found your website and got a quote, I was pleasantly surprised it was WAY more affordable. We saved about $2000 dollars and are positive it's at least or better quality then the local vendor. I would highly recommend Exceptional fire. The ordering process was easy - but you do have to measure carefully, our order only took 30 days and was delivered as promised. My husband who is super handy was able to install himself and we are thrilled with the way it looks as well as keeping the cold air out of the room.
